It’s been more than 6 months since we launched our live service and things are going well. We rendered a lot of jobs in the past 6 months, and at this point we need to introduce a file and job retention policy, so we do not store your files on our servers longer than needed.
To this extent, we have elaborated the following retention policy. We will keep the jobs and files for a set amount of time, depending on the membership level.
- Bronze: 2 weeks
- Silver: 1 month
- Gold: 1.5 months
- Platinum: 2 months
The policy applies to the following items:
- Uploaded files
- Renders
- Job and Project records
At the end of the retention period, all these will be permanently removed from our servers. All billing records will be kept indefinitely, so no need to worry about this aspect.
We will start enforcing this retention policy from October 1st, so please download your files, if you haven’t already done so.
